Our house is so close to the water that we call it "our houseboat." Pictured here is what we call "the bridge" because it is at the front of the "boat." Shaded by live oaks, this is where I like to have cocktails and read the Sunday newspaper with coffee. It's also where I write about a third of the time. (Adirondack chairs aren't great for the lower back!)
